Customer Service

Payment Method: All orders must be prepaid. We accept, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, E-Check through Paypal

Shipping Method: We offer deliveries through out the continental U.S. via USPS. Orders received by Thursday noon cst, will be shipped 24-48 hours. Orders received on Friday, the weekend or on holidays will be shipped in the next 2 business days. Business days are Tuesday - Friday, excluding holidays determined by USPS. Shipping 7-10 days before a major holiday may differ from our regular cutoff delivery times.

Personal Delivery Services:
We offer Personal Delivery for Ankeny, Ames, Cambridge, Huxley, and Slater, IA.

Please call 515-597-GIFT for placing your order for pick up or for the Personal Delivery Service.

Delivery Service Fees:
Ames and Ankeny, IA     $5.00
Nevada, IA                       $6.00
Cambridge, Huxley
          and Slater, Ia         $3.00

Returns/Refunds: If for any reason you need to return your gift basket, please email us at: giftbaskets@huxcomm.net . Please include a brief explanation for your return. We will credit your account the cost of the item. Notification must be made with in 7 days of receipt of the item.
Items must be returned in their original unopened condition with the packing slip.

Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable except in the case of damage by the shipping company. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will credit your account once we receive your returned item.

If for some reason an item in your gift basket is damaged, we will gladly replace the item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value. Email us and follow the return instructions.

If the entire gift basket is damaged during shipment, please notify us right away. You will need to retain all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.

The financial information you provide will be used only to debit you for the products and services you have requested.

Attention!

All chocolate gift baskets may not be available to ship in hot summer months (May - Sept.). Chocolate items that are included in other gift baskets may be substituted for cookies or other heat resistance sweets.

Out of Stock Items

Even though we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be contacted via email if this occurs. We will offer other choices or you can cancel your order. The gift will not be sent until we know that you are pleased with the out come.
